What is included in the package price?
Each package is a one-time payment that includes website design and build, your domain name, 12 months of hosting, SSL certificate, basic SEO setup, and mobile-friendly design. There are no monthly fees during the first year.
Who owns the domain name?
The domain name is registered in your name (or your business name). I handle the registration and management for you so you don’t have to do anything technical. This means you are the official owner, while I look after the day-to-day running of the domain and website.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is required before I register the domain and launch the finished website. All packages are a single one-time payment, there are no monthly fees for the design or the first 12 months of hosting.
How many web pages will I get?
Standard includes up to 4 pages, Pro up to 5 pages, and Premium up to 6 pages. Extra pages can be added if needed, just ask and I’ll provide a clear quote.
What happens at the end of the 12 months?
Your package includes 12 months of hosting. Near the end of that period I’ll contact you about renewing for another year. Annual renewal includes website hosting, domain renewal, SSL and ongoing security. Renewal costs are: Standard £240, Pro £320, Premium £400 per year.

What if I don’t want to renew?
That's completely fine. If you decide not to renew or want to move your website elsewhere, please request this in good time before the 12-month period ends. This avoids the risk of your domain expiring, as it will not be renewed by me once you leave. If notice is left late and I need to renew the domain temporarily to keep it safe, there may be a small fee to cover those internal renewal costs. I'll then transfer the website files and domain control to you as normal.
Can I keep my domain name if I leave?
Yes. Because the domain is registered in your name, you keep it. I will transfer full control to you (or to a new provider of your choice) so you remain the owner.
What if I want to move my website to a new provider?
You’re free to move at any time. I will provide the website files and assist with a straightforward handover of the domain so the transition is as smooth as possible.
What is the cost to modify my website after launch?
Pro includes 5 basic modifications per year; Premium includes 10. Basic modifications cover things like address, email or phone updates, simple text changes, and image replacements. Once those are used, further basic modifications are £12.50 each. Unused basic modifications do not roll over and expire at the end of each annual period. More advanced work, such as extra pages or any re-design, starts from £75. I’ll always agree the price with you before starting.
What counts as a basic modification?
Basic modifications are small updates such as changing your address, email or phone number, editing existing text, or replacing images. They don’t include new pages, layout changes or a re-design - those are advanced modifications and are priced separately (from £75).
Do unused basic modifications roll over?
No. Unused basic modifications do not roll over and expire at the end of each annual period.
How do I arrange website changes after I’ve gone live?
Just email me with the changes you’d like. If you have remaining basic modifications included in your plan, I’ll use those first. Otherwise I’ll confirm whether it’s a basic update (£12.50) or advanced work (from £75) before any work begins.
Can you add my Social Media links?
Yes. I can add links to your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or other profiles as part of the website design.
How long will it take to build my website?
Most websites are completed within 2-4 weeks once I have all the content and information needed from you. More complex projects may take a little longer, I’ll give you a realistic timescale at the start.
When will I get my website address?
The domain is registered as part of your package. Once payment is received and the site is ready, I’ll point the domain to your new website so it goes live.
How do I make payment?
I’ll send you clear payment instructions (usually bank transfer) when you’re ready to proceed. Payment is required before the domain is registered and the website is launched.
